Broad-based white-collar litigation and investigations support

David works with international financial institutions, national banks, broker-dealers, futures commission merchants and hedge funds on a variety of litigation and regulatory matters. He has handled nationwide class actions relating to subprime mortgages and advises on all aspects of mortgage-related litigation. He also handles class action litigation brought under securities laws or relating to the financial services industry and has represented officers, directors and issuers in shareholder class actions, derivative suits and SEC investigations. David's commercial litigation experience includes representing clients in other complex litigation, including fraud and RICO suits, contract disputes, employment matters, disputes within partnerships and closely held corporations and insurance cases.
