Katten has been selected for the second consecutive year as one of the “Best Places to Work in Los Angeles” by the Los Angeles Business Journal. The firm’s inclusion on the list followed an extensive workplace assessment, including an all-employee survey and an inventory of company benefits and policies. Katten was recognized along with the other ranked companies at a luncheon on August 4 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel. The full list of honorees was published in the August 9 issue of the Los Angeles Business Journal, and is also available here.

“We are very pleased that our employees have again recognized Katten as one of the best places to work in Los Angeles,” said Gail Migdal Title, Managing Partner of Katten’s Los Angeles office. “Our inclusion on this distinguished list for the second year in a row underscores our ongoing commitment to creating the best possible culture and work environment for our most valued assets, our employees.”

During the workplace assessment process, Katten employees responded to questions ranking the firm in eight core focus areas, including Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communication, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training and Development, Pay and Benefits, and Employee Engagement.
