About Thomas Huang

As former assistant counsel in New York City's comptroller's office, Thomas Huang now helps clients in matters related to commercial finance. In his previous role, Thomas advised on pension investments in various asset classes, including private equity, real estate and hedge funds. He performed due diligence, negotiated transaction terms and structures, and drafted and reviewed investment management contracts, side letters and requests for proposals in connection with public and private market investments. Now, he uses that experience to guide his clients through critical commercial finance issues.
