Attorneys Kevin Foley, Carolyn Jackson and Nathaniel Lalone will speak at the sixth International Derivatives Expo, which is designed to provide information on new regulations and what they will mean to the listed derivatives business and spark ideas for dealing with the next generation of markets. More than 1,300 senior-level executives from intermediaries, exchanges, clearinghouses, regulatory agencies and service providers are expected to attend.

Mr. Foley will participate in a panel on "Client Asset Protection: Are We There Yet?" at 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, June 26. Panelists will discuss the EMIR segregation obligations, the FCA's planned amendments to the CASS regime and the CFTC's proposed enhanced customer protection rules. Ms. Jackson and Mr. Lalone will appear at a session on "What Europeans Need to Know About US Regulation" at the same time. The session will address how the CFTC's and SEC's approaches to cross-border regulation differ.
